Join me in an arts-based exploration of our attachments. Following the pattern of the Autumn season,

we will explore the nature of our attachments, create intentions for the release of attachments that no

longer serve our highest good, and create compassionate spaces for ourselves and others in the process!

No artistic experience needed! It’s about the process, not the product.
