Sergio Arenas, LCMHC

 

 

 

 

 

Sergio is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in treating trauma. His services range from individual, to couples and family counseling as needed.

 

He has worked for over 10 years providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. He is very passionate about helping his clients live their best life. 

Sergio's therapeutic style is guided by elements from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and other energy medicine modalities.

Tiffany rikard, lmft

 

Tiffany is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and Reiki Master who offers individual, couples therapy, family therapy, and Reiki (energetic healing method that promotes relaxation and stress reduction through gentle touch).

 

She assists individuals in regaining the peace of mind that is often lost when their valued relationships have become chaotic and unfulfilling.

 In addition to providing mental health services, she is an Assistant Professor of Counseling & Human Services at Pfeiffer University.

 

Tiffany is trained in multiple treatment modalities, including but not limited to Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Compassion-Focused, Expressive Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based, Trauma Focused, and Family Systems.

Specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Marital/ Premarital, Relationship Issues, Spirituality, and Women’s Issues. LQBTQIA+, anti-racist, and transgender affirming.
